Our business operates under the Globeleq brand through two separate corporate groups, Globeleq Limited and Globeleq Africa Limited. Each group is governed by its own Board of Directors and manages its own portfolio of assets. Both groups are jointly owned by British International Investment and Norfund.
Supported by our shareholders, British International Investment and Norfund, we continue to grow our business by investing capital to enhance the performance of our existing assets and bringing new utility-scale power projects to African nations.
